Refunds for Faulty Products from AUSSIEBERK
At AUSSIEBERK, we're committed to providing you with the best possible eating experience from your local butcher. However, if you do encounter an issue with our product, please let us know within two days of purchase.
If you contact us regarding a refund or replacement, we may ask for photographs or other reasonable evidence related to the affected products. Please note that all of our products have a use-by date, which we recommend for optimal consumption.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the product has been frozen, improperly stored, or consumed outside of our recommended timeframe.

Cancellation Policy
All orders are considered pre-orders, and as such, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been placed. Please choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.
